Saturday was the first annual Design Grind over at the Art Institute of CA – IE. Similar to the Cut & Paste events, but instead of working solo a group of us worked in teams of 3. We were given a company and product, in this case it was Guitar Center’s Drumsticks, and then had two hours to come up with a concept for a poster or ad and execute it. Even though my team didn’t place we still had fun. Much respect to all the people who participated and mucho kudos to those who won. Hit up DS85 and HIGHENDESTROY for more coverage of the event.
